EL1 Head, Governance and Risk

Head, Governance and Risk leads the Gallery’s governance, risk and assurance functions, and reports operationally to the Chief Operating Officer. The role provides strategic advice and coordination to support effective decision-making, organisational performance, accountability and compliance. The position manages the Governance and Risk Coordinator (APS6) and works closely with the Director’s Office, Executive, Board and Committee Chairs, and business areas across the Gallery. The position is critical to the Gallery’s relationship with Government and is a key communication point for the Government requests and reporting.
