- It's really great we can get outside, do some cloud watching, clear our heads.
- Yeah. This decision of The Art Handlers' Award is really tricky.
- Oh man, tell me about it. Look at all these beautiful clouds.
- [Jacob] Yeah. That looks like an elephant.
- [Woman] Yeah, I can see that. That one looks like a rabbit.
- And that looks like our old art handler, James.
- [Woman] It does, look at it! Whatever happened to him?
- I don't know. He always seemed to have his head in the clouds.
- I dunno about you, Jacob, but I feel like this has really helped with our decision.
- Yeah, my head feels much less clouded now. I think we have a winner.
- [Jacob] The winner of The Art Handlers' Award for the National Photographic Portrait Prize 2022 is-
- [Woman] Cordy in the Clouds by Adam Haddrick. Congratulations. This photograph had captured both of mine and Jacob's attention from the start. Its composition, to the gentle presence of Cordy, and the backdrop of the clouds that seamlessly intertwine with his beautiful hair. It's a photograph we feel conveys a sense of calm and peaceful energy.
- [Jacob] You can look at this work for a long time and hold the gaze of Cordy and be mesmerised by him. And what feels like slow, steady clouds rolling by in the background. It's a quiet and still moment.
