Gordon Shepherdson (b. 1934), painter, was a student of Molvig's and Sibley's in Brisbane. Shepherdson's early paintings were of beasts at the abbattoir, and he later made etchings of women and bulls. In 1978 the University of Queensland mounted a survey of his work. He is represented in the NGA and the QAG.
