Terry Snow

b. 1943

Terry Snow AM (b. 1943) has been executive chairman of Canberra Airport and the Capital Airport Group since the airport’s acquisition from the Commonwealth in 1998. Since then, $2 billion has been invested in the redevelopment of the facility and the construction of a new terminal, which opened in 2014. Since 1991 the Snow Foundation has assisted local social welfare organisations and disadvantaged individuals with grants totalling more than $21 million. Terry Snow’s recent projects include a botanical garden and equestrian centre at Bawley Point, NSW, and Denman Prospect, a greenfield residential suburb in Canberra, comprising some 4 000 homes.
