McLean Edwards, 2006

by Gary Grealy

National Photographic Portrait Prize 2007 Finalist

The portrait is of McLean Edwards, a talented young Australian artist. I have photographed McLean a couple of times over the past few years. In this latest work I have attempted to capture not only McLean's intensity, but also his fragility.
