National Photographic Portrait Prize 2010 Finalist

Gunther enjoyed a rich musical journey through this amazing era in Australian popular culture with live performances, studio recordings and appearances with some of the greats, including Sherbet, Ol'55, Richard Clapton and Daddy Cool. An art student before detouring into the wonderful world of rock and roll, in recent years Gunther has returned his creative energies to painting. This photograph captures some of Gunther's relentless crackle.
