My Awesome Australian: Online exhibition

Small Body, Big Heart by Rongrong (16-18 years, VIC)

Drawing, Water Colour, Coloured Pencil
Small Body, Big Heart
My little brother, Thomas, is special to me because he’s kind, funny, and brave. In this picture, I drew him posing like an emu, standing tall by the ocean, which he loves. He enjoys the beach and cares deeply about nature, especially native animals, which makes me proud. I admire his sense of wonder and his ability to notice beauty in small things, inspiring me to do the same whenever I forget. If I could give him an award, it would be the ‘Small Body, Big Heart’ award, for his compassion, curiosity, and love for the world around him.
