My Awesome Australian: Online exhibition

Granny Nola by Poppy (8-11 years, NSW)

Painting, Paint and collage
Granny Nola
This portrait of my great grandmother, Granny Nola, is very special to me. She is my mother’s grandmother and is 90 years old. She is remarkable- the smartest and most amazing person in our family. I chose to add a collage of crosswords with the paint as she is a keen crossworder, and shows another side to her. She gets the award for the Wisest Woman I Know.
