I chose to paint Jill for my portrait because I think she is a very important person in our community. Jill is always trying her best to make people happy. She is a wonderful, supportive woman and I love to see her smile! I decided to make a very colourful, tropical background and drew Jill in grey to make my portrait POP! Jill organises such great events such as the sandcastle competition, Bling your Bike and the Christmas carols…she always puts on a show.
