GENERAL
- This product is administered by the National Portrait Gallery (ABN 54 74 277 1196) (“NPG”) in collaboration with the National Gallery of Australia (ABN 27 855 975 449) (“NGA”).
- By purchasing this product, the consumer accepts these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
- The NPG reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
PRODUCT
- The product entitles consumers to one (1) adult ticket to the Super Kaylene Whiskey exhibition at the NPG, and a merchandise pack to the value of $48 AUD from the NGA Art Store.
- The product will remain valid from 15 December 2025 until 9 March 2026.
- The product is to be purchased as a set price determined by the NPG and NGA. Concession or discounted prices for tickets do not apply to this product.
- Tickets from the product will be sent to the consumer electronically via email. The merchandise pack must be redeemed at the NGA Art Store by supplying proof of purchase at the desk (printed or electronic tickets).
- The product is non-refundable, and it is the responsibility of the consumer to collect all items from both institutions.
TICKETS
- The Super Kaylene Whiskey exhibition ticket (1) is valid for multiple entries on the day of redemption only.
- Tickets can be redeemed at the NPG during regular opening hours (10.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Sunday except 25 December).
- The consumer must keep their tickets on hand to enter the exhibition and redeem merchandise from both institutions.
- Tickets cannot be redeemed after the product has expired on 9 March 2026.
MERCHANDISE PACK
- The NGA will provide a merchandise pack to the value of $48 or more and reserves the right to change the contents of the merchandise at any time. The merchandise will be relevant to the promoted exhibitions, Super Kaylene Whiskey and After The Rain.
- The NGA merchandise pack is available to be collected from the NGA Art Store during regular opening hours (10.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Sunday except 25 December).
WEBSITE USE
- The NPG cannot guarantee the continuous integrity of its servers. As a result, you may at times experience disruption or other difficulties in using the Promoter’s website or social media pages. The NPG has no liability for loss or costs of any kind you suffer as a result of or in connection with any disruption or other difficulties in using the NPG website. The NPG is not responsible for any failure of equipment or technical error associated with the product, or for any incorrect information, commission, interruption or delay in operation.
PRIVACY COLLECTION STATEMENT
- The NPG’s Privacy Policy is available on the website.
- The NPG and its related entities collect personal information from consumers for the purpose of identification. The NPG may disclose personal information collected to Australian regulatory authorities. The NPG will otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. LIABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW
- This product is governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), or any other implied warranties under the Australian Securities and Investment Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (‘Non-Excludable Guarantees’).
- In respect to this product, except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the NPG (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the NPG’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any product claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the NPG and NGA) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the NPG; or (d) any tax liability incurred by the consumer.
