Tjanpi Weavers
Learn how to weave a basket or mat and watch a demonstration of animal-weaving with the Northern Territory’s Tjanpi Weavers. (Limited places)

Create your own three dimensional animal portrait, inspired by the Tjanpi Weavers’ techniques.

Origami animals
Fold your own creature into being! Try your hand at a simple fold, tease your mind with a more complicated pattern, or be brave and engineer your very own original.

Ice carving
Watch a kangaroo, koala and eagle emerge from the ‘berg in a show of live ice carving. Glenn Smith from Down Under Ice Designs will be chipping away at the old block to craft these Australian animals.

Draw your own wintery scene while listening to Betty Alto, alternative pop band. All materials provided.

Magic Show
Join Nomad The Magician for a thirty-minute magic show that will leave you beguiled and befuddled in equal measure! (Limited places)
