It's that time of the year again - we have new things to show you!

Bree Pickering, Director of the National Portrait Gallery, invites you to an afternoon presentation of new acquisitions from the past year. As a Circle of Friends member, this is your chance to hear from the Gallery's Senior Curator, Joanna Gilmour, as she takes a deep dive into history and context of the newest faces that have joined our permanent collection.

We'll discuss new acquisitions by Albert Tucker and Judy Cassab, and sitters such as Don Walker and Jenny Kee! We'll also reveal which contemporary works from Portrait23: Identity we just had to add to the collection.
