Join actor Tomáš Kantor for an immersive, theatrical journey through our latest exhibition Ralph Heimans: Portraiture. Power. Influence. At this exclusive after-hours event, Tomáš will take centre stage, spotlighting the unique stories of some of the powerful and influential characters in this 60-minute performance-through-portraiture.

Begin the evening with a pre-performance drink before embarking on your journey with Tomáš at 6:00pm. At the conclusion of the performance, the exhibition will remain open for viewing until 7:30pm.

Tomáš Kantor

Tomáš Kantor is a multidisciplinary performing artist who recently toured Australia with Bell Shakespeare, garnering much positive attention for their role as Feste in Twelfth Night.

They can presently be seen in the lead role of Toby Darling in The Inheritance (fortyfivedownstairs). Tomáš commenced drama training at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London before completing their BFA at the Victorian College of the Arts in 2019. They made their professional debut in the national tour of Fangirls (Belvoir) in 2021 and went on to perform in West Side Story (Opera Australia/GWB), The Lovers (Bell Shakespeare), Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (Hayes Theatre Company) and The Divine Miss Bette (Darlinghurst Theatre Company), among many others.

Tomáš has also worked on short films and music videos and continues to train their performance techniques regularly, working across screen, voice and dance.
