The National Portrait Gallery’s National Photographic Portrait Prize 2015 will close Monday 8 June 2015, this is the last week to visit the exhibition in Canberra and vote for your favourite portrait in the People’s Choice.

APS2 Casual Visitor Services Officers (Temporary Register)

The Visitor Services Officer is part of the Access and Learning Team greeting visitors as part of the front of house team. This role requires experience in dealing with the general public, welcoming at the door and guiding them to the Gallery amenities, scanning pre-sold exhibition tickets, and assisting visitors to various exhibitions in the Gallery.

Update on Temporary Closure of the National Portrait Gallery

The National Portrait Gallery will close its doors from Tuesday 23 April 2019, but the public are still able to experience the home of portraiture during the four-month closure.
