Mindfulness Monday is an opportunity to come together as a community and practice looking, talking, listening, and engaging with art and each other.
It is a little different to our other virtual programs. In one hour, we will focus on just two image discussions. The first will take place with the whole group, the second with smaller groups in Zoom breakout rooms.
We will explore the images by sharing observations, imaginations, interpretations and speculations. You can speak in the discussion by raising your ‘digital hand’ (found in the ‘Reactions’ part of the Zoom menu) and unmuting if called on by the facilitator.
Feel free to keep your cameras on, and to rename yourself so that your actual name is displayed through Zoom. And we’ll all be using the Chat function sparingly, mainly for welcomes and farewells.
This program was created using Visual Thinking Strategies to explore art.
