• Parking spaces for people with mobility difficulties are provided in the underground car park close to the public access lifts
• Wheelchairs and strollers are available, bookings are recommended.
• Companion assistance animals are welcome at the Gallery
• Hearing loop provided in the Liangis theatre and Terrace rooms
• All the galleries, cafe and shop are on one level

• An administration fee of $10 is applicable for cancelled bookings for all fee paying programs including workshops, master classes, seminars and talks, with the exception of thd "Play, explore, create together" family program.
• A refund will be issued for bookings cancelled seven (7) days prior to the program date.
• NPG reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient numbers and will notify you and refund full payment seven (7) days prior to the program. Should a program be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, NPG offers a full refund.
